Shaw & Smith - M3 - Chardonnay is a premium white wine produced by the renowned Australian winery, Shaw & Smith. Founded in 1989 by Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith, the winery is located in the Adelaide Hills region of South Australia. The M3 Chardonnay is a single vineyard wine made from grapes grown in the cool climate of the Adelaide Hills. The wine is fermented in French oak barrels and aged for nine months before bottling.

The M3 Chardonnay has a bright golden colour with aromas of citrus, stone fruit and a hint of oak. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and creamy with flavours of ripe peach, lemon zest and a hint of spice. The wine has a long, lingering finish with a touch of minerality.
