Château Poitevin is a renowned producer of Cru Bourgeois Médoc wines, located in the heart of the Médoc region in Bordeaux, France. In the 19th century, the estate was acquired by the Castéja family, who have been managing it ever since.

The vineyards of Château Poitevin cover 40 hectares of gravelly soil, which is ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure only the best quality fruit is used in the winemaking process.

The winemaking process at Château Poitevin is a traditional one, with a focus on preserving the natural character of the grapes. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged in oak barrels for up to 18 months.
