Tasting notes
Coming from a large plot of 1.1 ha located at the first scree of La Combe d'Orveau on filtering soils and resting on a layer of white marl, the wine always has a typical ruby ​​shine.

Always elegant and fine at first glance with notes of fruit (redcurrant, raspberry) and floral notes of old roses, the slightly tannic finish is based on notes of white pepper.

Never very acidic, the wine blossoms over around ten years. It goes very well with poultry (pigeons, quails) and roasted red meats.
