Ridgeview Blanc de Blancs is a sparkling wine that is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. It is a dry, crisp and refreshing wine with a delicate aroma of green apple, lemon and brioche. The wine has a pale gold colour with a fine and persistent mousse.

Ridgeview is a family-owned winery located in the South Downs of England. The winery was founded in 1995 and has since won numerous awards for its sparkling wines. The Blanc de Blancs is one of their flagship wines and is made using the traditional method of sparkling wine production.

This wine is perfect for any occasion, whether it's a celebration or a casual get-together. It pairs well with seafood, poultry and light salads. The wine is best served chilled and can be enjoyed in a flute or a white wine glass.
