Cocktail Recipe

XO Royale

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Damoiseau XO 6yrs Rum
- 15 ml Cointreau
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml honey syrup
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- Champagne or sparkling wine, to top up

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine the Damoiseau XO 6yrs Rum, Cointreau, lime juice, honey syrup, and bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled champagne flute.
4. Top up with champagne or sparkling wine.
