The grapes for this wine are sourced from the Menfi vineyard, which is located in the southwestern part of Sicily. The vineyard is situated at an altitude of 200-250 meters above sea level and benefits from the cooling sea breezes that blow in from the Mediterranean.

The Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before being gently pressed. The juice is then fermented in French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 10 months. The result is a rich and complex wine that is full-bodied and creamy, with notes of tropical fruit, vanilla, and toasted oak.
