Jermann is best known for its Pinot Grigio, a white wine made from the Pinot Gris grape variety. The grapes are grown in the Collio Goriziano area, where the soil is rich in limestone and clay. The grapes are harvested by hand and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of six months.
