Tasting notes
The first nose is very intense and marked by citrus notes: lime and grapefruit combined with a touch of fresh basil and fig wood. These notes are reinforced with aeration and the bouquet becomes more complex: an exotic side dominated by banana and green mango combines with a spicy background of white pepper and a mineral touch. The palate is lively and textured. The return of citrus fruits perceived on the nose to which orange and mandarin are added support the texture. A floral hint of rose and incense is also present. The finish is fresh and chalky which gives a very nice length to the whole.
