Shuho Shuzojo is a sake brewery located in the city of Hiroshima, Japan. Founded in 1872, the brewery has been producing sake for over 150 years and is renowned for its Chokarakuchi Junmai Daiginjo +10. This premium sake is made with the highest grade of rice and is milled to a minimum of 50%, giving it a light and delicate flavor. It is brewed using a traditional method, with the rice being steamed and then fermented with a special yeast. The result is a sake that is light and fragrant, with a smooth and mellow flavor.
