Château Peyrassol is a renowned winery located in the heart of Provence, France. Founded in 1256, it is one of the oldest wineries in the region and has been producing high-quality wines for centuries. The estate is renowned for its rosé wines, particularly its Le Clos Rosé.

This rosé is made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes, all of which are grown on the estate’s vineyards. The grapes are harvested by hand and then carefully sorted before being vinified in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for several months in oak barrels before being bottled.

The result is a light and refreshing rosé with aromas of red berries and citrus. On the palate, it is crisp and dry with a pleasant acidity and a long finish. It is an ideal accompaniment to seafood, salads, and light summer dishes.
