This wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes, which are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure only the best grapes are used. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 18 months, giving it a complex and rich flavour profile.

The Cuvee du Plessy has a deep ruby colour and a nose of black fruits, spices and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a silky texture and flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry, and a touch of pepper. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, giving the wine a long and elegant finish.
