Tasting notes

Manrei Nozomi presents a fresh and fruity nose, on white peach, melon, with light notes of citrus zest. Well structured, it is smooth while being juicy and fresh. Notes of candy, cotton candy, a not heavy sweetness and very clear sensations. The finish is spicy, mineral and pure.

Cocktail Recipe

Manrei Blossom

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Komatsu Shuzo Manrei Nomirinko Junmai Ginjo
- 30 ml elderflower liqueur
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 1 dash lavender bitters
- Edible flower for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine the Komatsu Shuzo Manrei Nomirinko Junmai Ginjo, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, honey syrup, and lavender bitters.
2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
