Tasting notes

Knockando Master Reserve 21 years old is a single malt with a triple maturation: first and second in Bourbon barrels and third in Sherry barrels. This particularity gives it a surprisingly soft depth and woody structure.

Rich, concentrated. Oak, vanilla, exotic fruits (coconut) and candied fruits (plum). Influence of sherry (nuts). Overall: fresh, vegetal. Aniseed and minty notes that go perfectly with nuts and sweet spices (cumin, cinnamon).

Knockando's Masterpiece

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Knockando Master Reserve 21 yrs
- 15 ml sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- Orange peel for garnish

Instructions:
1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
2. Add Knockando Master Reserve, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters.
3. Stir well for about 30 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
