Cocktail Recipe

The London Fog

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Portobello Road Gin Distillery - London Dry No. 171
- 30 ml Earl Grey tea syrup
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes lavender bitters

Instructions:
1. In a shaker, combine gin, Earl Grey tea syrup, lemon juice, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Add 3 dashes of lavender bitters on top.
6. Garnish with a lemon twist.

To make the Earl Grey tea syrup:
1. Steep 2 Earl Grey tea bags in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the tea bags and add 1 cup of sugar.
3. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Let cool before using.
