Domaine Barge is a family-owned winery located in the heart of the Côte-Rôtie appellation in the Northern Rhône Valley. The winery has been producing exceptional wines for over four generations, and their Cuvee du Plessy is no exception.

This wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes, which are hand-harvested and carefully selected to ensure only the best grapes are used. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 18 months, giving it a complex and rich flavour profile.

The Cuvee du Plessy has a deep ruby colour and a nose of black fruits, spices and a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied with a silky texture and flavours of blackcurrant, blackberry, and a touch of pepper. The tannins are firm but well-integrated, giving the wine a long and elegant finish.
