Cocktail Recipe

Hennessy's Velvet Touch

Ingredients:
- 60 ml Hennessy Very Special
- 30 ml raspberry liqueur
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Hennessy Very Special, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white.
2. Dry shake (without ice) for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 10-15 seconds.
4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve.
