Domaine Henri Boillot is a family-run winery located in the Burgundy region of France. Founded in the late 19th century, the winery has been producing wines for over a century. The winery is renowned for its Volnay wines, particularly the Les Fremiets 1er Cru.

This Volnay is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the limestone-rich soils of the Les Fremiets vineyard. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before being fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled.

The resulting wine is a deep ruby red in colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, and earthy notes. On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied and well-balanced, with a silky texture and a long finish. The tannins are well-integrated and the acidity is fresh and lively.
